Troubleshooting

If the receiver and transmitter cannot operate normally, try the following steps:

  • Device not responding: Check power supply to receiver (AC 100V-250V). Ensure remote batteries are not depleted. Verify remote is correctly programmed. Check for obstructions or excessive distance.
  • Intermittent operation: Replace remote batteries. Ensure antenna is not obstructed. Minimize RF interference from other devices or metal objects.
  • Incorrect mode operation: Reset the receiver (press learning button 8 times) and reprogram the desired mode.

Maintenance

  • Battery replacement (remote control): Replace with 2x CR2016 or 1x CR2032 when range decreases or LED is dim. Ensure correct polarity.
