Troubleshooting

If the receiver and transmitter cannot operate normally, try the following steps:

  • Check if battery power is used up. The indicator LED on the remote transmitter does not light up or is dimly lit. Replace with new CR2 batteries.
  • Check if your receiver is wired correctly. Make sure the wiring to NC, COM, NO terminals is correct.
  • Ensure the receiver is within range (up to 50 meters in open areas) and the antenna is not obstructed.
  • Avoid placing the receiver near other strong RF signal sources that may cause interference.
  • Reprogram the receiver and transmitter. Usually this can solve many problems.
  • If the problem still remains, please contact us.
