Troubleshooting

If the receiver and transmitter cannot operate normally, try the following steps:

  • Device not responding: Check power supply (AC 85V-240V). Ensure remote batteries are not depleted. Verify remote is correctly programmed. Check for obstructions or excessive distance.
  • Incorrect mode operation: Reset the receiver (press learning button 8 times) and reprogram the desired mode.
  • Weak range: Extend the receiver antenna. Replace remote batteries. Minimize interference from other RF devices.

Maintenance

  • Battery replacement (transmitter): Replace with 2x CR2016 batteries when range decreases or LED is dim. Ensure correct polarity.
  • Cleaning: Wipe the receiver and remote controls with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Relay durability: Rated for over 400,000 operations; transmitter buttons for over 500,000 clicks.
