Common cause
Receiver programmed in the wrong mode (momentary vs toggle vs latched), interference, or stray 433 MHz signals.

You hear the relay click; the lamp, motor, or pump still does not run.
Common cause
Output wired to the wrong terminals (NO / COM / NC), load needs its own supply, or wiring is loose.

Connected load exceeds the rated amps (often 2 A, 10 A, or 30 A depending on model), short circuit, or blown internal fuse.
