What you see

Control is unreliable, or you must stand much nearer than before.

Common cause

Weak batteries, bent or hidden antenna, RF interference, or obstacles (walls, metal, other 433 MHz devices).

Load turns off when you release the button, toggles unexpectedly, or runs when nobody pressed anything.

Common cause

Receiver programmed in the wrong mode (momentary vs toggle vs latched), interference, or stray 433 MHz signals.

You hear the relay click; the lamp, motor, or pump still does not run.

Common cause

Output wired to the wrong terminals (NO / COM / NC), load needs its own supply, or wiring is loose.

Connected load exceeds the rated amps (often 2 A, 10 A, or 30 A depending on model), short circuit, or blown internal fuse.

Motor spins backward, keeps running after you release the button, or ignores the remote.

Common cause

Reversed motor leads, wrong operating mode programmed, or weak transmitter batteries.

Thick walls, metal cabinets, bad hub spot, or the Wi‑Fi router changing channels and bothering Zigbee.
