Wiring Diagram

Wiring Compatibility and Terminal Details

  • VIN: Connect DC 5V-30V positive
  • GND: Connect DC 5V-30V negative
  • NO/COM/NC: Dry contacts for each relay (passive output)
  • Connect device power circuit through relay contacts (e.g., power source to COM, device to NO for normally off)

Warning

  • Always disconnect power before performing any wiring or maintenance.
  • Ensure input voltage is within DC 5V-30V and load current does not exceed 10A per channel.
  • Do not expose the device to moisture. Remote controls are not waterproof.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Usually the receiver and transmitter have been paired in factory. If not, reprogram them.
  • Reset before you want to change the operating mode.
  • After reset, all remote controls cannot work anymore.
  • Replace the battery in time when the remote transmitter voltage is low.

Troubleshooting

If the receiver and transmitter cannot operate normally, try the following steps:

  • Receiver not responding to remote: Ensure receiver is powered correctly (DC 5V-30V). Check remote battery (A27). Verify remote is paired. Clear and re-pair if unsure. Minimize RF interference or obstacles.
  • Receiver not operating at 5V: Some units may require 5.5V or 6V for reliable operation. Try increasing input voltage within 30V limit.
  • Remote stopped working after moisture exposure: Remote is not waterproof. Open casing, remove battery, dry completely. Replace if needed.
  • Relay clicks but device does not activate: Check wiring to NO/COM/NC terminals. Ensure device has its own power supply. Verify device load does not exceed 10A.

Maintenance

  • Keep receiver and remote controls in a dry environment.
  • Avoid exposing remotes to moisture or direct water contact.
  • Replace remote battery (A27) when range decreases or LED becomes dim.
  • Ensure wiring connections remain secure over time.
